The PVC/PE/MPP corrugated pipe production line features dual single-screw extruders for simultaneous extrusion of inner and outer plastic layers. Our precision temperature control system and optimized screw design ensure uniform plasticization and stable material flow for high-speed production.
The pipe head incorporates a precision flow channel design that efficiently laminates inner and outer layers, guaranteeing uniform wall thickness, high concentricity, and superior resistance to delamination. The modular configuration enables rapid switching between multiple pipe diameters while maintaining dimensional accuracy and structural stability at high production speeds.
