The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored for forming aluminum modules. This innovative feature significantly improves the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.

Accompanying the machine is a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine along with a professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mold. This combination enables large-scale and stable extrusion processes.

The modules demonstrate good interchangeability. Constructed with LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material containing a copper content of at least 5%, these aluminum forming modules are created using a precision pressure casting process and high-density material. They are void of light pores and remain resistant to deformation even through prolonged use. Furthermore, they can be customized to support various waveform schemes as per user specifications.

Additionally, the machine comes with an automatic DWC cutter that features computer control. This system ensures precise cutting positions, stable operation, and user-friendly controls for seamless operation.
